Balmoral Contracting is a Burlington-based company specializing in custom homes, major residential renovations and select commercial projects. Founded by Sean Zammit, the company brings a practical understanding of construction together with a commitment to craftsmanship, clear communication and personal service.

Sean’s background as a Red Seal Steamfitter and his experience renovating investment properties, beginning in 2015, laid the foundation for Balmoral Contracting. Since establishing the company in 2023, he has built a portfolio of projects across Burlington and the Greater Toronto Area, working closely with homeowners, designers and skilled trades.

With the completion of Courtland, our first full custom home in Burlington, Balmoral’s portfolio now extends from extensive renovations to building homes from the ground up. As an HCRA-licensed and Tarion-registered builder, we bring the same care to the structure and systems behind the walls as we do to the finished details.

We believe a successful project starts with a strong working relationship. From early planning through construction and final handover, our approach centres on thoughtful coordination, transparent communication and delivering a home that reflects the people who live in it.
