Balmoral Contracting is a dedicated team specializing in residential and commercial renovations. Our founder and owner, Sean Zammit, has always had a passion for transforming spaces. With a red seal skilled trades license as a Steamfitter, Sean honed his skills working in the trades, gaining invaluable experience that laid the foundation for a deep love of renovation.

Starting out in real estate investing in 2015, Sean began renovating personal properties, which sparked a passion that soon evolved into something bigger. In 2023, this passion culminated in the creation of Balmoral Contracting, a company committed to bringing expert craftsmanship and personalized service to every renovation project.

As we continue to grow, our team is excited to expand into custom home building. With our HCRA builder’s license in hand, we’re preparing to take on our first custom home project, set to break ground in the summer of 2025.
